We're so excited to announce the films chosen for our Berlin Film Society screening on October 11, 2012 - a terrific blend of drama, comedy, documentary, and music videos will take to the big screen in Germany!
Thanks to a fantastic official selection of films, including our shortlisted entries, and support from our wonderful partners BAFTA, Rushes Soho Shorts, Raindance, and Tribeca, we were absolutely delighted to screen a program of stunning films at this year’s 2-day iPod film showcase.
Managing a cast of children and some unruly horses, not to mention fitting shoot days around unpredictable British weather was no mean feat for Smalls filmmaker Carl Rock. And we're so happy it paid off (probably not as happy as he is though). Carl won Best Comedy at The Smalls Film Festival 2012 for his Bugsy Malone inspired kids comedy short No Playground for Little Cowboys.
