Apart from being a celebration of short film, our festival is also an important platform for the discovery, development and promotion of independent filmmaking artists. From notable seminars to one-on-one meetings with industry heavyweights, we value the opportunity to work with anyone who can empower and inspire the creative minds who attend The Smalls Film Festival.
