Maybe an odd question, but i made some machinima. Some I know are bad, some are good. I am looking for someone or someones to give ideas or tips on the technical side of things.
The problem I have is that most people seldom as specific about the way the movie is made. It is like this: when you make a movie about a dog(as an example) people who hate dogs hate your movie(regardless of how well it is done technically). Most people say nothing. A few say they like it(usually friends).
I also noticed people say a movie is great just because the creator is well known. Even the most crappiest movies from well known people are hailed as works of wonder.
I read books on mvoie making, which teachers me things slowly, but some good basic criticsm will probably be faster.
