To display your film on The Smalls you will first need to register. Once registered you can upload your film through the '
My Profile' section.
Before you upload your film you will need a couple of things:
- The Film, compressesed for the web.
- A thumbnail image.
- A description of the film.
Firstly you will need your movie (obviously), to save you a bit of time when uploading it's recommended to use some form of compression (DivX, Quicktime, etc). Once the film is uploaded it will then be converted into a standard format used by the site.
Secondly you will need a thumbnail image, this could be just a still frame from the film, or you could use a poster image. This image will be used on the front page, and when your film is shared, so please make it big enough (224px by 168px).
Finally you will need a short description or inspiration statement about the peice. When it comes time to upload the film you'll also need to select some categories, but these should be obvious.
