Job Description: Senior Director of Post Production Operations is seeking a Manager who is highly motivated with technical savvy to handle self directed projects.

Responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining production guidelines and technical requirements *Overseeing tape and paperwork deliverables to the network *Scheduling and overseeing transmissions for live and taped shows and special events. Effectively communicating and disseminating information for the network to all levels of show production, the NOC, library, in house duplication, post production facilities, programming, on air promos, legal and press groups *Vetting production budgets, calendars and schedules. Experience: 5+ years of post production supervisor or related work experience in a post production environment. *Fluent in current HD and SD editorial and graphics technology.

Qualifications: *Able to quickly and effectively translate post production work flow issues into solutions *A detail oriented, self starter with post production and operations experience *Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and remain calm and focused under pressure *Superior skills in negotiating, oral and written communications *Flawless attention to detail *Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills *Professional and courteous phone demeanor *Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) *Ability to see projects through to completion and resolve problems *Strong interpersonal, and teamwork skills *College degree preferred.
