The Mill is a world leading visual effects company with bases in London, New York and most recently Santa Monica, Los Angeles. We have worked on some of the most memorable visual effects projects in the world alongside some of the finest directors. Duties include but not limited to: -call handling -basic HR duties -scheduling tasks -setting up of lunch orders for staff and clients -welcoming clients such as ad agency creatives and commercial/music promo directors -logging in and sending out tapes (local, domestic, and international) -local errands -general facility upkeep -mail distribution -open/close facility daily -weekend and evening coverage on an as needed basis paid as overtime - valid (clean) CA license, current auto registration, insurance, and a dependable vehicle required

This is a full time, $12 per hour (basic) paid position, meals included, and a great opportunity if you are interested in pursuing a career with our company. We will decide if you would be more suited for either a Runner or Receptionist role depending on your interests and talents. We need someone to start as soon as possible.
