EXPERIENCE
Cizo began his career in comics before branching out into filmmaking. He signed Monsieur Ferraille, his first edition, in collaboration with his friend Vincent Paronnaud. Quickly taking up graphic design he launched Ferraille Illustré a magazine about comics, which soon became a cult classic for comic fans.
AWARDS
In 2004, Monsieur Ferraille the movie won the Canal Plus prize at the Etrange Festival. A few months later, Cizo co-directed Raging Blues working again with Vincent. This beautiful short film made with animated pictograms won Jury Prize in Auch, Special Prize in Valenciennes and First Prize in Porto.
