I want to know about the shot at the begining——why it is always shaking so unnatrual?I think it have some moral ,but I don't know how can do it like that?
Could somebody  tell me,please?

yssyss, i believe the answer to your question would be they used a body mounted camera (SnorriCam), angled toward the actor. this is usually a technique to give a very raw and personal vantage point to the audience to capture all of the nuances of the character in a particularly introspective moment. You can find tutorials to build your own by searching: DIY SnorriCam.
