Deke Thornton is out of prison after six long years, and he is out for vengeance on the people who wrongfully sent him there. After painfully extracting some information from an old “friend”, Deke finds out that his own brother, Bennie, was the one behind his framing. Bennie is distressed because his girlfriend, and Deke’s former wife, Chelsea, has been living with the drug-addled pimp, Sweet William. Bennie begs Deke to get Chelsea back, “alive or otherwise”, and Deke agrees to help. Deke finds Sweet William, but their meeting ends abruptly when Deke manages to take out three of his bodyguards with just the incidental items lying around the room. Sweet William points Deke in the right direction to find Chelsea, and he brings her back to Bennie - “otherwise”.
