Strange and wonderful. What was the inspiration?
Hard to say what our inspiration was. Everything we'd done before our last film, Rituals, has been comedy, and that one started out as a comedy too. It was only while editing it that we realized it really wasn't. So with this one we decided from the beginning to do something creepy and strange and everything kind of just grew out of that.
We also wanted to keep things as simple as possible because we were waiting until spring to start on our next film and we just wanted something quick to do in between. We thought having a single character chased by himself would keep things simple...of course all the special effects I ended up doing to the ghost ended up taking much longer than I expected.
And having the character come out the door into the snow wasn't something we had planned. It just happened to snow for a few days (it rarely does that here in Oregon) around the time we where going to film and so we just used it.
I always watch before I read and you definitely explained it well. Creepy! You kept me interested throughout the entire thing, I will be looking forward to seeing what you guys put together in the future. And since I am new to "The Smalls" I will be going back and checking out your old stuff.

The ideas are interesting and different, that's for sure. I like how he turned into a dog, but I don't understand why. I guess I got confused by the story, that's all. Is there a plot to the film?
I liked it, thought it was creepy but it kept you watching, with wanting to be a short film producer and/or director I'm looking for things i like in films, i need some sort of guidence
