This Privacy Policy covers THE SMALLS’ use of personal information that is collected when you provide THE SMALLS with personal information including, but not limited to, when you use the Website, when you register your details via the Website and become a member or when you make User Comments.  Unless otherwise specified, the definitions as set out in THE SMALLS terms and conditions, as set out at, apply to this Privacy Policy.

Any personal information or video Content which you disclose online becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.  Your account name is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the Website and other Users can contact you through User Comments.  Any videos that you submit to the Website may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

The Website may contain links to other websites. Note that once you have used those links to leave the Website, we do not have any control over those other websites.  We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites and such websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.  You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
