Are you ready to watch some superlative films by female UK and International filmmakers? The Birds Eye View Film Festival 2009 is just around the corner. Featuring plenty of cool stuff (such as some of the best US Indie Films from 2008, work by Afghan women filmmakers, Nollywood films and much, much more…) The Birds Eye View Film Festival 2009 is a must-attend event supported by the UK Film Council. Screenings will take at place in the UK at venues such as the BFI Southbank, ICA, The Gate cinema (Notting Hill), and Picturehouse Cinemas across the UK. It is all happening on International Women's Day (March 8th).
